Shipping policy

 

Delivery charges of PKR 200 are applicable on all orders below PKR 4,000. Our sales staff will be calling you for order confirmation. Orders will be processed after the confirmation. Please note that delivery charges are subject to change depending on cost plus notice from courier companies from time to time.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. We strictly do not allow the package to be opened before payment to courier riders. 

DELIVERY TIME

· The estimated average Delivery time across Pakistan is 5-6 working days (from the date of dispatch) for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.

· You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so courier can reach you and deliver the order conveniently.

· Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and prompt order confirmation. Since timely delivery is dependent on the courier service, we are not responsible for exceptional delays.

· During festive seasons (e.g. Eid ul FItr and Eid ul Azha) both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Placing your order online

· Please ensure you provide correct contact details at the checkout. You must ensure you have made the right selection before confirming your order. All orders are paid for on Cash on Delivery mode OR Prepaid.

· We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order. If after placing your order we are unable for whatever reason to accept your order, we will inform you. Processing includes a range of appropriate and prudent fraud checks and a review of our available stock. Should a product become unavailable after you make an order, we shall inform you of the fact as soon as possible, giving you the choice of either ordering another article displayed on the website or cancelling your order. If you decide to cancel your order and you have already made payment, we will arrange to refund you any sums paid for your order. Acceptance of Order

· Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us.

· If you supplied us with your email address while registering your account on website, we will try to notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm that we have received your order.

· We call our valued customers on given phone numbers to confirm their orders and address details prior to dispatch. Orders will be processed after confirmation from customers.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

· We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.

· We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event nobody is available to sign for receipt. You bear the risk for the products once delivery is completed.

· We can entertain any changes to order provided if the order isn’t dispatched yet. We will not be able to accept any order change requests once the order is dispatched.
